Our products vary in scope – from fun and entertaining, to serious tools. Some of our products use AI-assisted workflows. Our products runs entirely in your browser, or on your computer. We DO NOT collect your data. We DO NOT track you. We DO NOT even know what you use our products for!
What We Don’t Do
We provide no warranties — express or implied
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or educational mishaps from using this tool
We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content
We won’t fix your problems if you follow bad AI advice
We don’t provide legal, educational accreditation, or pedagogical consulting
We are not responsible for content generated by external LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, etc.)
What You Agree To
You are responsible for the content you generate
You won’t sue us if your content sucks or something goes wrong
Don’t be a dick (see D-BAD License for details)
You accept all risk when using this tool
You verify all content with qualified subject matter experts before using or distributing.
You understand that AI can hallucinate, make errors, and generate misleading content
You won’t use this tool to create harmful, illegal, or unethical content
AI Content Disclaimer
Some of our tools generate prompts for external Large Language Models (LLMs). The quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of generated content depends entirely on:
The LLM you choose to use
The quality of your content metadata and prompts
Any reference resources you may provide
Your review and editing of generated content
Always review, fact-check, and edit AI-generated content before use. We are not responsible for errors, biases, or inappropriate content produced by external AI systems.
Data & Privacy
Your data is stored locally, on your computer, or in your browser using browser localStorage. We do not:
Collect or store your content
Track your usage
Send data to our servers
Have access to your AI-generated content
However: When you use external LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), their privacy policies apply. We cannot control how they handle your prompts and content.
Educational Use
Some tools are designed to assist learning, not replace human expertise. Generated content should be treated as a starting point, not a finished product. You are responsible for:
Ensuring content accuracy
Meeting accessibility standards
Complying with copyright laws
Verifying all citations and references
Adapting content to your specific audience
Commercial Use
Unauthorized distribution of the premium desktop application is prohibited.
Distribution of content generated with Premium products is allowed

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all our products under released under the D-BAD License. Read it. Understand it. Don’t be that person.

We provide tools, not content consultants. ANY provided prompts and workflows are starting points. You are solely responsible for your content and educational outcomes.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.
