BizBox Studio is a browser-based tool for generating business documentation kits. It runs entirely in your browser. We don't collect your data. We don't track you. We don't even know what business plans you create.

What We Don't Do

We provide no warranties — express or implied
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or failed businesses from using this tool
We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated business documents
We won't fix your business if you follow bad AI advice
We don't provide legal, financial, or business advice

What You Agree To

You are responsible for the business documents you generate
You won't sue us if your business fails or something goes wrong
Don't be a dick (see D-BAD License for details)
You accept all risk when using this tool
You verify all legal/financial content with qualified professionals before use

Bottom Line: This is a tool, not a business consultant. The templates and AI prompts are starting points. You are solely responsible for your business decisions. If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces. Use it wisely.

The web version generates Free-tier kits only. The full PWA version with Premium tier access is available for purchase. Unauthorized distribution of the full version is prohibited.
