Why do we no longer make what we used to? Besides being in our 50's and 60's now (November 2021), and having absolutely no staff at all, doing everything ourselves, Tony suffered a cardiac incident in May 2021, and after some time in hospital was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. We now need to do less strenuous work than the work we did before. Yeah, we miss the old items too, but it is what it is.
